It is used in a legal capacity as a safe anaesthetic for children and is also used in veterinary medicine.
Effects

- Arms + legs may feel numb.
- Some users experience a rush.
The Risks
Sold as E, it can be a frightening experience.
Can give very bad trips.
Sickness/Nausea/Slurring of speech.
Long term effects are not fully kno wn.
